Company Overview And Role:

As a Meta Media Buyer at ScaleDaycares.com, you will be responsible for scaling 7 and 8-figure childcare centers through paid ads.

You will also become part of a team that has one core mission: To help childcare owners increase their enrollment through a proven client acquisition system which allows them to profitably acquire new parent enrollments predictably (and significantly grow their monthly revenue as a byproduct).

Responsibilities:

- Execute the creation, launch, and scaling of marketing funnels while managing paid ads for high ROI scalability.

- Build out client campaign messaging to show their value to parents in their market.

- Build a portfolio of high performing photo and video ads (you will work with editors and actors for recording but will be responsible for the final product) and run these ad campaigns for them (Facebook and Instagram).

- Oversee the entire funnel launch process, including idea generation, quality control, internal testing, and daily performance monitoring.

- Identify unique opportunities through a deep understanding of client markets.

- Compile and analyze marketing, consumer, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions on behalf of our clients.

- Monitor and optimize KPIs.

- Directly work with each client and lead them to success through email, WhatsApp and sometimes calls for all clients under management.

- Continually have proactive leadership with all clients and never be reactive.

- Ensure all clients have a flawless experience with ScaleDaycares.com and continually do everything in your power to ensure this outcome (even if it means working overtime or on weekends).

- Work with each client across their entire funnel (from ad to tour booking to show rate to close rate) and develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency / throughput across the board.

Key Results / Key Outcomes

- Monthly Churn Rate: The single most objective and important metric we can track to understand client happiness is churn rate. If a client retains with us each month, they’re telling us with their hard-earned money that they are happy. If they churn, they are not happy.

- Positive Reviews Or Referrals Monthly: Similar to churn, this is a very objective way to know that each client is happy and profitable. If a client leaves a positive review or sends us a referral, by default, they are having a flawless experience with us and are very happy with their results. If the inverse was true, the last thing a client would do is leave a positive review and/or send us a referral.

- Increase in Revenue & Profitability: The better our advertising campaigns perform for our clients, the more they can afford to spend on advertising, which leads to substantial growth in revenue and profitability for their company (which also leads to a lower client churn %).

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience (minimum) as a Meta Media Buyer or Account Manager or Client Success Director for an agency.

- Proven results scaling sales call funnels, such as VSL funnels, profitably through paid ads.

- Strong negotiation skills and successful track record in the media buying space (primarily on Meta).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven obsession.

- “All in” mindset and willing to do whatever it takes to make clients happy and get them the best results humanly possible.

Strong leadership skills.
